We conduct and deliver fire assessments for:

  • Landlords (HMO’s, flats and holiday lets)

  • Residential care (supported living)

  • Freehold (management companies, property/facilities teams and estate agents)

  • Business (salons, shops, offices, warehousing and factories)

  • Public access (galleries, libraries, public houses, hotels, churches and schools)

  • Healthcare (dental and doctors surgeries)

Fire Risk Assessment – How we work with you

During the scheduled on-site visit, our qualified assessor will discuss with you or your Fire Safety Manager the existing fire safety installations and usage/occupation.

Following a comprehensive discussion and walk-through, accessing all relevant areas of the building, our qualified assessor will identify areas of risk and/or compliance.  Prior to leaving our assessor will ensure that all parties understand the relevance of the proposed recommendations.

You’ll receive an insurance approved report, within 2 to 3 days following the visit, including an action plan to guide you and your team through the next steps to ensure your premises are fully compliant.

As a regulatory government service, we have been conducting fire risk assessments that follow Government guidelines and safety compliance for the Coronavirus.
